因被诉10年白用“郑码输入法”构成侵权，微软公司麻烦缠身。此案还未了结，微软公司却反过来把国家知识产权局专利复审委员会诉至法院，要求撤销郑码输入法的专利权。昨天上午，北京市一中院一审判决驳回了微软的诉讼请求。
郑码输入法由《英华大辞典》主编郑易里先生及其女儿郑珑共同发明,获得中国发明专利。1992年，北京中易中标电子信息技术公司获得郑易里及郑珑的专利 授权。1994年,微软进入中国时试图找出一款汉字输入法加入Windows操作系统,服务中国用户。1995年9月20日,中国电子工业部和微软签署 《Windows95中文版项目标准规范合作协议书》,微软确定在Windows3.2和Windows95中优先使用郑码输入法和中易字库。
